RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Final Sale Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds. Exchange only within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging with the receipt to qualify for an exchange.
- Exchanges are not accepted due to personal preference after delivery.
- Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged upon receipt.
Exchange & Return Validity
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Local customers may exchange items in-store for convenience.
- Our policy does not cover damage from accidental use, wear and tear, or improper handling.
- Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, both in-store and online.
Exchanges at Our Store
To process an exchange at our store:
✅ Bring the original invoice and the item(s) in original condition and packaging.
✅ You may exchange for another item of equal value after an evaluation by our team.
✅ If the new item is priced higher, you must pay the difference.
🚫 No refunds will be issued if the new item is of lower value.
🚫 Store credit, cash vouchers, or online store credit will not be provided for in-store exchanges.
Online Exchanges & Returns
To process an online exchange or return:

Approved online returns will be refunded as an Online Store Credit Voucher, valid for 15 days.
Online Store Credit Voucher Policy
- Non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-exchangeable for cash or store vouchers.
- Valid for online purchases only (cannot be used in our retail store).
- Voucher value will match the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees).
- No refunds on shipping fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges for international orders.
Additional Terms & Conditions
🔹 Items can only be exchanged once.
🔹 Customers are responsible paying for return shipping fees for repeated exchange requests on the same product.
🔹 Belle-Luxury Décor does not provide warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
🔹 Returns and exchanges are subject to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (U.S.).
🔹 All decisions made by Belle-Luxury Décor are final.
